When I have time, I love baking for my family. Like gardening, it’s a very relaxing pastime and a period where I take my time to listen to music and concentrate on putting my energy into a project that, hopefully, will provide many with an enjoyable treat.
An idea: You can always wrap your goodies to give away as a gift for that special occasion.
I find that homemade gifts are most appreciated. Wrapping your goodies with special wrapping paper and giving it to a friend with a four-legged buddy, is one of the best kind of gifts. It not only shows them that you took the time to prepare the gift, but you also remembered their companion. Today with all the rush, few spend time making homemade gifts.
